1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Shipping Rates
In our bid to give you the Greatest Deal we tend to charge a flat fee of R89.00 for South African deliveries and R290.00 for any other region.
3. Delivery Timeline
Orders will be processed within 3 days from receipt of payment. Delivery should take 3-7 working days in South African and approximately 15 – 25 working days for International deliveries. A Tracking Number and link are issued the day after the couriers collect your order for delivery and you can track it on the couriers’ system a day after collection.
4. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to physical addresses.
Please note we do not ship on weekends.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
